I am very aggressive with marketing. I spend a lot, and am on countless sites. If you are selling, your home will go fast. It is often premiered on various home searching sites as a featured property. It will go to 500 plus sites, and shared with over 2k real estate agents! I do pre-advertising, sneak peaks and have professional pictures taken for my clients.
My buyers love me. I am very relatable to every walk of life. I’ve been in a ton of different situations and environments that have shaped me to be this way. I am very silly, down-to-earth, real, and committed. It’s more about a sale to me, it’s about making people happy and changing their lives for the better. I work hard on your behalf with your best interests in mind. When I say hard…. I mean it! Negotiations, getting into the home you love, getting repairs done, anything you need. I am a one stop shop.
I am very RESPONSIVE. I answer texts, calls, etc. quickly. I keep clients informed and learn best communication style. I work everyday until 8pm and require anybody I work with to do the same (lender, etc.). This is what distinguishes me in this fast moving market.
